Mr. Juan Reyez Saldivar, age 49 of Locust Grove, passed away on Tuesday, April, 8, 2014 at Spalding Regional Hospital.

Mr. Saldivar was born in Homestead, Florida on October 31, 1964. He is preceded in death by his parents, Miquel Saldivar and Mary Reyes Saldivar.

Survivors include sons, Raymond, Ryan and Richard; mother of his children, Leigh Ann Saldivar; sisters, Rosa, Elizabeth and Raquel; brothers, Joe, Antonio and Francisco; girlfriend, Tammy Pent; several nieces and nephews.

Visitation for Mr. Juan Saldivar will be on Friday, April 11, 2014 from 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm at Conner-Westbury Funeral Home. A memorial service will be held at a later date.
