Mr. Marvin Joe Harris, age 82 of Molena, passed away on Monday, April 21, 2014 at Emory Midtown in Atlanta.

Mr. Harris was born in Tampa, Florida on August 19, 1931. He is preceded in death by his parents, Joseph H. Harris and Hildred Sadie Howell Harris; brother, Ronnie Harris. Mr. Harris was a retired veteran with the United States Air Force.

Survivors include his wife, Margaret L. Harris; children, Diane Duncan, Joyce Turner, Billy Turner, Steve Turner, Penny Hawkins; grandchildren, Tony Neal, Teresa Jinks, Gene Austin, Brittany Green, Brooke Turner, Christopher Turner, Samantha Schmidt, Nicholas Turner, Justin Hawkins, Molly Hawkins; several great grandchildren and great great-grandchildren; sister, Betty Hunt; brother, Richard Harris; many nieces and nephews.

Visitation for Mr. Marvin Joe Harris will be on Wednesday, April 23, 2014 from 1:00pm until
3:00pm at Conner-Westbury Funeral Home. Funeral services will follow the visitation at 3:00pm in the Chapel of Conner-Westbury Funeral Home. Reverend Jim Cannady will officiate.
