Mr. Nolan McDougal, age 83 of Milner, passed away on Friday, April 4, 2014 at Spalding Regional Medical Center.

Mr. McDougal was born in Crane, Texas on March 17, 1931. He was preceded in death by parents, William Harrison McDougal and Florence Olivia Weddle McDougal. Mr. McDougal was a veteran of the United States Army having served in the Korean War. He was a retired general contractor and was a member of Rock Springs Church.

Survivors include his wife, Lillie K. McDougal; son and daughter-in-law, Mitchell and Desma Holbrooks; daughters and son-in-law, Emma McDougal-Jones, Donna and Sammy Galindo, Linda Sholar; granddaughters and husbands, Misty and Billy Aguilar, Calli and Sammy Buckles, Lillie and Sam White, Tracy and David Mosel-Harris, Amanda Holbrooks; grandsons and wife, Colby Jones, Andrew Jones, Tony Buckles, Walt and Robin Sholar, Jonathan Sholar, Luke Holbrooks; great grandchildren, Julian Aguilar, Samantha White, Savannah White, Sydnie White, Peyton Mosel, Presley Mosel, Aidan Harris, Xander Sholar, Brenden Sholar, Carter Sholar; sisters and brother-in-law, Nell and Chuck Foreman, Florence Thurston; niece and husband Dessie and Vernard Brown; several other cherished family members.

Visitation for Mr. Nolan McDougal will be Sunday, April 6, 2014 from 1:00pm until 2:00pm at Rock Springs Church. Following the visitation, Funeral services will be conducted at 2:00pm. Dr. Benny Tate will officiate. Interment will follow in Rock Springs Church Cemetery.
