Mr. Billy H. Price, age 64 of Griffin, Georgia, passed away on Saturday July 1, 2017 at Wellstar Spalding Regional Hospital.

Mr. Price was born in Atlanta, Georgia on April 17, 1953. He is preceded in death by his parents, Billy H Price and Clara M. Awtrey Price; sister, Brenda Gail Nalley. Mr. Price was a contractor and worked in the construction industry.

Survivors include his wife, Rhonda Price; son, B.J. Price and his wife, Amanda of Griffin; daughter, DeAnn Reagan of Griffin; son, Mark Matthews of Concord; grandchildren, Chrystie David, Hunter Hill, Hannah Matthews, James Price and Arie Price; great grandchildren, twin sisters Ginni and Graci David, Lawson David; sister, Debra Patrick and her husband, Danny of Fayetteville; brothers Kelly Price and his wife, Claudia of Griffin, Mickey Price and his wife, Kris of Woodbury. Mr. Price is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Mr. Price’s wishes were to be cremated and a private celebration of his life will be held in his honor at a later date. The family request that in lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to the Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta or the Ronald McDonald House.
