Deborah Elaine Ward, age 59 of Molena, Georgia passed away on Saturday, February 3, 2018 at Upson Regional Medical Center. She was born on February 21, 1958 in Fayetteville, Georgia. She is preceded in death by her parents William Barret Anderson and Pauline Tharp Anderson; brothers Johnny Bunn and Wayne; her sister Patricia.

Mrs. Ward was a Certified Nursing Assistant at Spalding Regional Hospital, a member of Oak Hill Baptist Church and a member of the Southside Kit Club.

She is survived by, her husband Charles Ward; daughter Heidi Brannen of Griffin; sons and spouses, James and Heather Steward of Thomaston, Georgia, Patrick and Ann Ward of Brown City, Michigan and Robert and Amy Ward of Jackson, Georgia; nine grandchildren; siblings, Michael, Diane, Margie, Ann and Susan; several nieces and nephews.

A visitation and gathering of friends will be Thursday, February 8, 2018 from 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm at Conner-Westbury Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in Mrs. Ward’s memory to The Christian Women’s Center 174 School Road (P.O.Box #773) Sunny Side, Georgia 30228.
