Mr. Dennis L. Stuart age 58, of Griffin, Georgia passed away Sunday, February 04, 2018 at WellStar Spalding Regional Hospital.

Dennis was born in Griffin, Georgia on September 12, 1959. He is preceded in death by his parents, Marvin Leonard Stuart and Sara Rawls Stuart. He worked as a Maintenance Engineer, he was a fixer of all things. He was an active member of West Sunny Side Community Church. Dennis was an avid animal lover, he loved the outdoors and fishing was his passion. He enjoyed a Nascar race when he could and the Atlanta Falcons were his team, win or lose. You could count on him to never miss a game. He was an AMAZING father and grandfather, always putting them before himself. He will be remembered for his smiling, joyous spirit and the love that he had for family and our God above. He had a spirit of joy that radiated from him. He was a genuine and kind man who listened and helped anyone he could. His heart was FULL of Jesus and LOVE. We have all been blessed to have had him in our lives. We will remember him and honor him always until we meet again.

He is survived by his children and their spouses, Robby and Crystal Stuart, Denise Stuart and David Belcher; grandchildren, Abagail Belcher, Ashlyn Stuart, Austin Stuart and Destiny Pereces; brother and sister in law, Mike and Lynn Stuart; mother of his children, Teresa Stuart; and fiancée, Helen Magarity

A visitation for Dennis L. Stuart will be Friday, February 9, 2018 from 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm at Conner-Westbury Funeral Home. A funeral service will be conducted Saturday, February 10, 2018 at 1:00 pm in the Chapel of Conner-Westbury Funeral Home. Interment will follow in Oak Hill Cemetery.
