Frederick C. Snider, age 49, of Winder, Georgia went on to be with the Lord on Saturday, April 15, 2017 at Brightmoor Hospice in Griffin, Georgia.
Fred was born in Newport Beach, California on Sunday, May 21, 1967. He is preceded in death by his baby daughter Brianne and his older brother Gary E. Snider.
He was a High School Graduate of Faith Christian School, Hemet, California and attended Liberty University. He was a Youth Leader at Bible Baptist Church of Hemet, California. He taught Middle School at Immanuel Baptist School Riverside, California. He was a Youth Leader at Immanuel Baptist Temple.
In later years as a member of Grace Fellowship Church Greensboro, Georgia he was a leader of one of Grace Groups. He presently was a General Contractor with his own business FCS Residential Design Build.
Survivors include his son; Derick Snider; step daughter, Morgan Rainwater; his parents, Gary L. and Patricia Snider; sister, Helen Snider; younger brother, Charles Snider and his wife Melain; sister-in-law, Daleene (wife of older brother Gary); nephews, nieces and many cousins.
Visitation for Frederick Snider will be Friday, April 21, 2017 from 11:30 am until 1:00 pm at Conner-Westbury Funeral Home. Following the visitation a graveside service will be conducted on at 2:00 pm at Fairview Memorial Gardens, Stockbridge, Georgia. Dr. Mael Disseau, a dear friend of Fred’s and Professor at Truett McConnell University will officiate.
In lieu of flowers the family would like to ask that you make a contribution in Fred’s name to Faith Independent Baptist Church, Pastor Dr. Myron McIntyre. 1099 Hwy 81 West, McDonough, Georgia 30253.
