Mrs. Hilda Avalon Stallings, age 90 of Williamson, Georgia passed away from this life at her residence on June 20, 2017.

Mrs. Stallings was born on October 24, 1926 in Birmingham, Alabama. She is preceded in death by her parents, Mark Doster Humphrey and Arlie Mae Williamson Humphrey; her husband of 55 years, Mabry Francis Stallings, Sr., sisters, Norma Busmajian, Connie Dickerson; brother, Mark Humphrey.

Mrs. Stallings was a God fearing Christian woman, affiliated with Plainview Baptist Church and a past member of the Eastern Star.

She is survived by her daughters, Carol and William McRae of Williamson, Ga., Diane Stallings of Concord, Ga., Susan Cox of Newnan, Ga.; sons Mickey and Angela Stallings of Dearing, Ga., Tom Stallings and Alicia of Zebulon, Ga.; grandchildren Robert Collier, Denise and Ed Pope, Michael and Melanie Stallings, Jeff Stallings, Amy and Jasen Armstrong, Jeremy and Cindy Cox, Sarah and Joshua Heinisch, Amanda and Bill Findlay, Chad and Hayley Stallings; 19 great grandchildren; sisters, Lestina Hines; numerous nieces and nephews.

Visitation for Mrs. Hilda A. Stallings will be on Thursday, June 22, 2017 from 5:00 pm until 8:00 pm at Conner-Westbury Funeral Home. A funeral service will be conducted on Friday, June 23, 2017 at 11:00 am in the Chapel of Conner-Westbury Funeral Home.
Reverend Buster Dockins will officiate.
