Lessie Kierbow age 89 of Griffin passed away Wednesday, November 15, 2017 at Brightmoor Hospice.

Ms. Kierbow was born in Carrollton, Georgia on February 8, 1928. She is preceded in death by parents, W.H and Sally Bell Kierbow, brother, Oman Kierbow, sisters, Frances Kierbow Goddard, Doris Kierbow Morris, Evelyn Kierbow, her twin, Essie Kierbow and Geneva Kierbow Fain. She was a caregiver for her family and anyone who needed her, a member of the Cathedral of Praise Church at Digby, Georgia

Survivors include sister, Willa Kierbow Tanksley and husband, Howard; several nieces and nephews.

A visitation for Lessie Kierbow will be Saturday, November 18, 2017 from 11:00 am until noon at Cathedral of Praise Church. Following the visitation a funeral service will be conducted. Reverend Roger Robinson, Reverend Ken Vanderford and Reverend Craig Rivers will officiate. Interment will follow in Oak Hill Cemetery.
