Mr. Marvin Richard Hilderbrand, age 82, of The Rock, Georgia passed away on Monday, July 10, 2017 at WellStar Spalding Hospital.

Mr. Hilderbrand was born in Cobb County, Georgia. He is preceded in death by a son, Ricky Hilderbrand. He was retired from Atlanta Wire.

He is survived by his wife, Sharon Goolsby Hilderbrand; children, Kathi Arnold and husband, Pete, Stephanie Tate, Shannon Brown; 11 grandchildren, 14 great grandchildren; several brothers, sisters, and many nieces and nephews, among them Angie Taylor.

A visitation for Marvin R. Hilderbrand will be on Wednesday, July 12, 2017 from 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm at Conner-Westbury Funeral Home. A funeral service will be conducted on Thursday, July 13, 2017 at 12 noon in the chapel of Conner-Westbury Funeral Home. Reverend Gene Luke will officiate. Interment will follow in Griffin Memorial Gardens.
