Dear Family: I am very sorry for the recent loss of your dearly beloved one and please allow me to share scriptures that I have personally found to be of great comfort. The Bible tells us that "Jehovah God is close to the brokehearted and He saves those who are crushed in spirit"{Psalms 34:17,18}. He promises to "swallowing up death forever"{Isaiah 25:8}; do away with the one who causes death, Satan {Heb. 2:14}; and restore perfect peaceful conditions, for his people right here on earth{Psalms 37:9-11,29}. I truly hope you find comfort in the scriptural thoughts during your time of grief, and allow you to mediate on such promises.
