Mrs. Merilyn Kagelmacher age 89 of Ellenwood, Georgia passed away on Wednesday, October 18, 2017 at Rockdale Healthcare Center.
Mrs. Kagelmacher was born in Miami, Florida on December 1, 1927. She is preceded in death by; her parents, Arnold Hardin and Maude Moore Hardin; husband, Herbert R. Kagelmacher. She retired from Georgia Power Company and was a member of Cedar Grove United Methodist Church.
Survivors include, son, Larry Kagelmacher; daughter and spouse, Lynn and Joe Dean; brother and spouse, Wallace and Donna Hardin; sister and spouse, Janet and Gene Walton; grandchildren and spouses, Jennifer and Matt Sprayberry, Jessica and Noel Berthon, Lars and Carrie Kagelmacher; great grandchildren, Mary Amelia Sprayberry, Benjamin Berthon and Gavin Pate; several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Visitation for Mrs. Merilyn Kagelmacher will be on Saturday, October 21, 2017 from 3:30 pm until 4:30 pm at Cedar Grove United Methodist Church, 3430 Bouldercrest Road Conley, GA 30288. Following the visitation, a service will be conducted at 4:30 pm at the church. Interment will be held at 9:30 Sunday morning at Fairview Memorial Gardens, 164 Fairview Road Stockbridge, GA 30281.
