Mr. Phillip “Cowboy” Allan Moore, age 68, of Pike County Georgia, passed away on Wednesday, February 15, 2017 at Cancer Treatment Centers of America..

Mr. Moore was born in Dade City, Florida on March 10, 1948. He is preceded in death by his parents James Henry and Bertie Mae Sheptard Moore; brothers Kenneth Moore and James Moore; sister Betty Brewster. Mr. Moore was owner operator of Cowboys Towing in Meansville, Georgia and was a veteran of the United States Army.

Survivors include his wife Debbie Moore; daughter Torina Caprice Boatright and husband Bobby; son Michael Allan Rollar and wife Tina; grandchildren, Ashley Marie Roller, Danyelle Nicole Roller of Brooksville, FL, Dalton William Roller of Zephyrhills, FL. and Bailey King of Bushnell, FL; brothers Marvin Moore and wife Gabby of TN, Danny Moore and wife Jean of Dade City, FL; sister Frances Des Rosier of Dade City, FL and Linda Simonds and husband Jerry of Plains, GA; and several nieces and nephews.
