Mr. Ray Patrick Sanders age 55, of Milner, Georgia passed away on Monday, July 17, 2017 at his residence.

Mr. Sanders was born in Griffin, Georgia on September 26, 1961. He is preceded in death by his parents Alvin and Jean Sanders. Mr. Sanders served his country in the United States Navy. He was an avid motocross enthusiast and fan.

He is survived by his brothers George Sanders of Barnesville and Steven Sanders of Griffin; sister Ellen (Bobby) Dutton of Griffin; aunt Rosemary Gasses of Barnesville; several nieces and nephews. He was also loved and cherished by Lynn Cross and two daughters Rebecca and Sarah. Mr. Sanders family would like to acknowledge Mr. Sanders caretakers Maria Baldwin and Mickey Corley.

A visitation for Ray Patrick Sanders will be on Tuesday, July 25, 2017 from 11am until 1:00 pm at Conner-Westbury Funeral Home. A funeral service will follow in the Chapel of Conner-Westbury Funeral Home at 1:00pm. Pastor Ken Horton will officiate. Interment will follow at Westwood Gardens, Griffin, Georgia.
