Mr. Travis Junior Coleman, Sr., age 88, of Griffin, Georgia passed away on Wednesday, May 24, 2017 at Brightmoor Nursing Center.

Mr. Coleman was born October 19, 1928 in Gonzalas, Florida. He is preceded in death by his wife, Betty Wilcox Coleman; parents, Benjamin and Bessie Coleman.

Survivors include his children and their spouses, Travis and Arlinda Coleman, Betty Jean Carter, David Coleman, Richard and Teresa Coleman; 12 grandchildren; 14 great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.

Visitation for Travis Junior Coleman, Sr., will be on Sunday, May 28, 2017 from 1:00 pm until 3:00 pm. Following the visitation, a funeral service will be conducted at 3:00pm in the chapel of Conner-Westbury Funeral Home. Dr. Travis Coleman, Jr. will officiate. Interment will be held on Monday May 29, 2017 at 1:00pm in Pugh Chapel Cemetery, Molino, Florida.
