Mrs. Vivian Quick Collins, age 92 of Griffin, passed away on Wednesday, February 15, 2017 at Brightmoor Nursing Center.

Mrs. Collins was born in Haralson, GA on October 6, 1924. She is preceded in death by her parents, Woody and Ellen Quick; 8 siblings. Mrs. Collins was a homemaker and had been a member of Second Baptist Church since 1941.

Survivors include her husband of 76 years, Henry K. Collins; son, Kenneth Collins, Jr.; daughter and son-in-law, Brenda and Robert Brooker; grandchildren, Chris Chesser, Scott Chesser, Robbie Brooker, Kimberley Daniels; 8 great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.

Visitation for Mrs. Vivian Collins will be on Saturday, February 18, 2017 from 1:00pm until 2:00pm at Conner-Westbury Funeral Home. Following the visitation, a funeral service will be conducted in the chapel. Husband Henry K. Collins and Reverend Jim Cannady will officiate. Interment will follow in Oak Hill Cemetery.
