Mrs. Bostwick was born in Jackson, Georgia to the late Thomas Henley Cochran and the late Nannie Belle Bishop Cochran. She was preceded in death by her husband, Frederick “Bud” Bostwick; son, Gene Harper; daughter, Ann Lyon; brothers, Russell Cochran and Walter Cochran; sisters, Lucille Mask and Ocie Cornwell. She loved to work with her flowers. Mrs. Bostwick is survived by her daughter, Josephine Ingram; sons and daughters-in-law, Freddy and Linda Bostwick, Kenneth and Darlene Bostwick, and Larry Bostwick; 11 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; 2 great-great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews. Graveside funeral services for Mrs. Jewell Bostwick will be conducted on Wednesday, March 3, 2010 at 11:00 a.m. at the Bostwick Family Cemetery on Smoak Road. Reverend Riley Fenley and Dr. Benny Tate will officiate. Friends may visit the family on Tuesday evening from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
