Mrs. Jackson was born in Chicago, IL on August 15, 1925 to the late Benjamin Coyte and the late Cora Lehane Coyte. Mrs. Jackson known to family and friends as “Snooks”. She was an incredible survivors, chef, artist, author and musician. Her intense 20 year battle with cancer end and she was called home to our Lord. Jinni, her daughter in Australia will hold a dedication on Wednesday, July 28, 2010, at the same time as here. We feel Jinni and Ashley’s pain in being alone to grieve. Our prayers go out to them.
