Mrs. Harrison was born on December 20, 1934 to the late Lamar Stephens and the late Flossie Harris Stephens. She was a native of Atlanta, Georgia and has resided in Griffin for over 35 years. She retired from Wachovia National Bank after 23 years of service. Mrs. Harrison was of the Baptist faith. Mrs. Harrison is survived by her husband, Seigel Richard Harrison; son and daughter-in-law, Steve and Sheri Harrison of Griffin; daughter and son-in-law, Deanna and Mark Redmond of Griffin; grandchildren, Philip Beckham, Christie Harrison, Lindsey Harrison, Haley Redmond, and Lauren Redmond; several nieces and nephews. Funeral services for Mrs. Mary L. Harrison will be conducted on Saturday, January 30, 2010 at 4:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Conner-Westbury Funeral Home. Reverend Darryl Woodruff will officiate. Interment will follow in Westwood Gardens. Friends may visit the family on Friday evening from 7:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
