Ann Pierce

Mrs. Ann Goddard Pierce, age 82 of Griffin, Georgia passed away on Wednesday, January 5, 2022 at her residence. Ann was born in Griffin, Georgia on November 21, 1939. She is preceded in death by her parents, Joncey Goddard and Gladys Stubbs Goddard; husband, David Pierce; sisters, Becky Terrell, and Mildred Heaton. She was a retired Administrative Assistant with the Spalding County School System and a longtime member of Highland Baptist Church. Ann loved her family, shopping and traveling.
Survivors include her children and spouses, Sheryl and Bill Freeman, Alan and Cynthia Pierce; grandchildren, Andrew Freeman, Aspen Pierce, Shyann Pierce; step grandchildren, Willie Freeman, Holly and Gary Walker, Christina Meeks; great grandchildren, Carson Smith, Zoey Scott, William Cleveland; several step great grandchildren; brother-in-law, Len Pierce; sister-in-law, Elsie Pierce; several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be on Saturday, January 8, 2022 from 12:00 pm until 1:30 pm at Conner-Westbury Funeral Home. Following the visitation, a graveside funeral service will be conducted at 2:00 pm at Griffin Memorial Gardens with Reverend Ed Galbreath officiating.
