Barbara Jean Stewart, age 74 of Griffin passed away on Saturday, January 18, 2020 at Brightmoor Hospice.
Barbara was born in 1945 in Catoosa County, Georgia. She was preceded in death by her parents, Arnold Vaughn and Erma Johnson Vaughn; her daughter Tammy S. Gasaway; sister Joan Mitchel; and brother Randal Vaughn.
She is survived by her sons James Stewart, Ronald B. Gasaway, Jr.; grandchildren Chad Gasaway, Valerie Wilkinson, Amy Jackson, Brittany Hayes, Adam Dodgen, Emily Gasaway, Ashton Gasaway, Kylie Lalumiere, Elexeanna Gasaway; and many great-grandchildren.
A visitation will be Saturday, January 25, 2020 from 10:00 am until 11:00am at Conner-Westbury Funeral Home. A funeral service will follow at 11:00 am in the Chapel of Conner-Westbury Funeral Home. Reverend Glenn Stringham will officiate.
