Bennie T. Collins

Mr. Bennie Thomas Collins age 73 of Griffin, Georgia passed away Monday, December 3, 2018 at Well Star Spalding Hospital.

Mr. Collins was born October 4, 1945 in Lithonia, Georgia. He is preceded in death by parents, Robert Thomas Collins and Margaret Rebecca Harris Collins, siblings, Roy Collins, Virginia Tumlin, Jackie Wilson. He formerly worked at Vulcan Industries.

Survivors include his wife of 53 years, Sue Collins; foster son, Ben Kennon; many nieces and nephews that he and Sue considered their own children; 6 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren; siblings, Barbara Yates, David Collins, Shirley Michaels, and Joe Collins.

Visitation for Mr. Bennie T. Collins will be Saturday, December 8, 2018 from 2:00 pm until 3:00 pm at Conner-Westbury Funeral Home. Following the visitation, a memorial service will be in the chapel of Conner-Westbury Funeral Home.
