Mrs. Brenda Fields Ford, age 70 passed away Wednesday, January 2, 2019 at Eternal Hope Hospice in Griffin.

Mrs. Ford was born February 1, 1948 in Cordele, Georgia. She is preceded in death by her parents, Joseph and Maggie Selph Fields; husband, Lewis Edward Ford and brother, Lamar Fields. Brenda had a 40 year career in Law Enforcement. She loved animals and enjoyed the outdoors.

Survivors include her step-children, Keith and Bridget Ford, Brian and Cheryl Ford, Milicia and Don Hurst; grandchildren, Kassidy Ford, Jude Ford, Morgan Ford, Kyle Kirby and Kaylan Kirby Griffie; several nieces and nephews.

Visitation for Mrs. Brenda Fields Ford will be Friday, January 4, 2019 from 11:00 am until noon at Conner-Westbury Funeral Home. Following the visitation, a funeral service will be in the chapel. Keith Ford will officiate. Interment will follow in Gray Hill Cemetery, Woodland, Alabama.
