Carol Henson Mainini

Carol Henson Mainini, beloved wife, sister, cousin and friend, passed away on Thursday, January 19, 2023 at her residence in Sunnyside, GA.

Carol was born in Griffin, Georgia on May 1, 1959. Her parents, David Henson and Josephine Brown Henson preceded her in death.

Carol is survived by her husband, Richard Mainini, and their two Westies, Wilson and Rebel; brother and sister-in-law, Michael and Nancy Henson; sister-in-law, Linda Mainini.

Carol was Richard’s true partner in life, love and best friend. They enjoyed concerts and assisting with media events, traveling with friends, especially some of the cast of the original Dukes of Hazzard.

A visitation for Carol Mainini will be Sunday, January 22, 2023 from 1:30 pm until 3:00 pm at Conner-Westbury Funeral home. Following the visitation, a funeral service will follow in the chapel. Interment will be on Monday, January 23, 2023 at 11:00 am at Griffin Memorial Gardens.
