Carolyn Jean Peek Owens, age 88 of Milner, Georgia passed away Tuesday, January 12, 2021 at her residence.
Mrs. Owens was born in Carrollton, Georgia on May 31, 1932. Her parents, Joel and Lois L. Peek, husband, Ivan Shelby Owens. She was retired from T. J. Max.
Survivors include daughter and son-in-law, Cheryl and Allen Wingate; son and daughter-in-law, Gerry and Carrie Owens; 4 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren; brothers, Rayford Peek and Kenneth Peek; several nieces and nephews.
Graveside funeral services will be Thursday, January 14, 2021 at 1:00 pm at Griffin Memorial gardens. Pastor Gene Luke will officiate. Family and friends are ask to meet at the cemetery.
