Charlene Holden

Mrs. Charlene Herndon Holden, age 72, of Fayetteville, Georgia, passed away Thursday, March 1, 2018 at Brightmoor Hospice.

Charlene was born in Newnan, Georgia on November 17, 1945. She is preceded in death by her parents, Everette Herndon and Estelle Wingo Herndon. Charlene was the first female Mayor of Orchard Hill, Georgia in which she was very proud of this accomplishment in her life.

She is survived by her husband, Joe Holden; daughter, Lisa Tootle and fiancé Ricky Pace; son, Joey Holden and his wife Kim; grandchildren, Amber Parker and husband Josh, Howie Holden and wife Courtney, Lance Holden, Kristen Tootle, Tanner Pace; great-grandchild, Kymbrel Holden; brother’s, Lee Herndon and wife Carol, Larry Herndon and wife Faith; sister, Tenna Ingle and husband Tim; several nieces and nephews.

A visitation for Charlene Holden will be on Tuesday, March 6, 2018 from 1:00 pm until 3:00 pm at Conner-Westbury Funeral Home. Following the visitation, a memorial service will be conducted in the Chapel of Conner-Westbury. Reverend Gene Luke will officiate.
