Mr. Clifford Harold Hathcox, age 74 of Griffin, Georgia passed away on Tuesday, November 7, 2017.

Mr. Hathcox was born in Atlanta, Georgia on January 31, 1943. He is preceded in death by his parents, Joseph Harold Hathcox and Florence Matilda Patterson Hathcox; a brother, David Stephens. Mr. Hathcox had previously worked for Wal-Mart, he loved to fish and loved football.

He is survived by his wife, Barbara Crews Hathcox; children, James C. Hathcox, Jessica Hathcox Shellnut and husband Jerry; grandchildren, Ryan Bright, Jaelyn Shellnut, Christopher Hathcox; sister, Linda Varner; nephew, Greg Varner.

Mr. Hathcox’s wishes were to be cremated and no services will be held at this time.
