Dakota Garner

Austin Dakota Garner, age 21 of Griffin, passed away on Tuesday, August 20, 2019 from injuries sustained in an automobile accident.

Dakota was born in Griffin on June 22, 1998. He is preceded in death by his grandparents, Raymond Garner. For the past 5 years Dakota has worked the concession stand for NASCAR Circuit. He enjoyed fishing anytime he got the chance.

Survivors include; Becky Garner; father and stepmother, Anthony and Niki Betsill; grandparents, Penny and Zachary Michaels, Pamela Robinson; siblings, Kalei Betsill, Anthony Betsill, Jr, Logan Betsill, Tucker Betsill; aunts and uncles, Monica and Mark Daugherty, Amanda Roland and Derrick Coussons, Wayne and John Sullivan, Floy and James Copeland, Tammy and Adam Goodin, Charles Roland, Jr; several cousins.

Visitation for Dakota Garner will be Saturday, August 24, 2019 from 12:30 pm until 2:00 pm at the Deliverance Center, 237 Tomochichi Road, Griffin, and a memorial service will follow the visitation.
