David Lee Johns

David Johns, Husband, Father, Son and brother of Stockbridge, GA passed away peacefully after a short battle with cancer on Sunday, February 28, 2021 with his family at his side.

David was born in Conyers, GA on August 31, 1961 and attended high school in Stockbridge, GA.   After school, David started his career in construction, working with his father, Lee Johns and brother, Mark Johns. David loved being outdoors so after is fulltime job each day, he had a small landscaping business as well.  Anyone that knew David they would say he was kind, hardworking and loved his wife and family more than life itself.

A memorial service is planned for March 7,2021 at 1:00pm at Eastlawn Cemetery located at 640 McGarity Road, McDonough, GA

David is Survived by his wife, Linda Johns, Son, Michael Ratzel, Mother, Betty Johns, Brothers, Mark and Elvis Johns, Sisters, Pamela Eisenberg and Jeanie Johns, Nieces, Sheila Wilson and Summer Fowler, and Nephews, Johnny Gilbert and Ricky Waters, and Great nephews, Tyler Gilbert, Levi Estrada, Hayden Crowe, Maddox and Brixton Waters and Great Nieces, Adrianne Lane, Maddy and Kylie Wilson. He was preceded in death by his father, Lee Johns.
