David Paul Jones

David Paul Jones, age 75 of Griffin, passed away June 20, 2021 at Brightmoor Hospice. He is preceded in death by his parents, David Barton Jones and Mary Koehler Jones.

Mr. Jones was born on April 7, 1946 in Louisville, Kentucky. He served in the United States Air Force before going to work as a Mechanical Engineer for Enercon Engineering. He found joy in spending time with his family, building things, old cars, being in the sunshine and was a self-proclaimed Star Wars and Star Trek nerd.

Mr. Jones is survived by his wife, Kathy Turner Jones; his children Holly Walker and husband, Chad, David Jones, Danny Beheler and his wife, Stacey, William Beheler; grandchildren, Ian Guthrie, Sydney Guthrie, Garrett Beheler, Jackson Beheler, Tristan Beheler, Maddux Beheler; great-grandchildren Ezra Walker, Lily Hill and the mother of his children, Brenda Jones.

Visitation for Mr. Jones will be Wednesday, June 23, 2021 from 12:00 pm until 2:00 pm at Conner-Westbury Funeral Home. A funeral service will follow at 2:00 pm on Wednesday, June 23 in the Chapel of Conner-Westbury Funeral Home.
