Debra Wilson Listoe

Debra Wilson Listoe, age 57, passed away Thursday, January 7, 2021 after she bravely and gracefully fought a 5-year battle with brain cancer. 

Debra was born in Griffin, Georgia on December 9, 1963. Her parents Thomas Joseph Wilson and Peggy Powell Wilson preceded her in death. She was a 1982 graduate of Griffin High School, and 1986 graduate of the University of Georgia. Debra was enrolled as a CRNA (Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist) student at Wolford College of Anesthesia at the time of her diagnosis in 2015.

She is survived by her daughter, Dr. Alexandra Barton Otto and husband, Tim; sons, Erik Listoe and Anders Listoe; partner Dr. Jim Scheiman; sister, Tammy Adamson; brother, Joe Wilson; several nieces and nephews.

A visitation will be Sunday, January 10, 2021 from 1:00 pm until 2:00 pm at Conner-Westbury Funeral Home, Griffin. Followed by a graveside service at 2:20 at Oak Hill Cemetery. Chaplin Kenneth Brown will officiate.
