Dennis Patrick Connolly

Mr. Dennis Patrick Connolly, age 73 of Stockbridge, Georgia, passed away on Saturday, October 19, 2019 at Vitas Hospice, Atlanta, Georgia.

Mr. Connolly was born in Chicago, Illinois on September 20, 1946. He is preceded in death by his parents. Mr. Connolly honorably served his country and was a second generation Marine. As a result of his service in Vietnam, he was injured and disabled. Mr. Connolly loved to travel, especially to the Disney Parks. He was proud that he drove from Chicago to Orlando for the opening day of the new Epcot Center at Disney World. He had a big heart and loved to help others. Many people say he was the most generous person they had ever known. Mr. Connolly is survived by many dear friends to cherish his memory.

A visitation will be Saturday, October 26, 2019 from 11:00 am until 1:00 pm at Conner-Westbury Funeral Home, with a funeral service following in the Chapel. Interment will be at 3:00 pm at Fairview Memorial Gardens, Stockbridge, Georgia. Friends may meet at the cemetery.
