Donald Melvin Adams, age 70 of Locust Grove, passed away on Monday, June 4, 2018.
Mr. Adams was born on November 30, 1947 in Atlanta, Georgia. He is preceded in death by his parents, Duell Lee Adams and Frances Marrow Adams; sister, Barbara Gilbert. He was a Veteran of the United States Army, serving in the Vietnam War and was employed by Arrow Exterminators.
He is survived by his wife, Theresia Mann Adams; children, Tricia West and husband Allen, Pam Adams, Terry Adams and wife Amanda, Kristie Thaxton and husband Chris, Michelle Viveiros; grandchildren, Justin, Ben, William, Katherine, Chris, Trenton, Brandon; brother, Leland Adams and wife Jolane. Several nieces and nephews.
A visitation for Mr. Adams will be on Wednesday, June 6, 2018 from 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm at Conner-Westbury Funeral Home. A funeral service will be Thursday, June 7, 2018 at 2:00 pm in the Chapel of Conner-Westbury Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Oak Hill Cemetery.
