Donna Booker Hunt

Mrs. Donna Booker Hunt, age 61 of Griffin, passed away on Wednesday, May 1, 2019, while traveling in Italy.

Donna was born in Macon Georgia on December 19, 1957. She was a 1976 graduate of Griffin High School. Donna retired with over 20 years of service from the Law Firm of Larry Keith Evans, as a Paralegal. Donna enjoyed traveling, lounging by the pool and spending time with family and friends.

Survivors include her husband of 42 years, Ken Hunt; her mother, Elsie Kiser Booker; her father and step-mother, Boyd and Ann Booker; sister, Patty Johnson and husband Bill, Janice Braswell; step-sister, Debbie Baker and husband Jimmy; brother, Greg McCoy and wife Marti; special niece, Jamie Lee Daniell and husband Cameron; many other loving nieces and nephews; brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, Jerry and Jan Hunt, Randy and Susie Hunt; Roger and Margie Hunt, Faye Gilbert, Dot Peacock and husband Ronnie, Linda Hunt.

Visitation for Donna Booker Hunt will be Saturday, May 11, 2019 from 2:00 pm until 4:00 pm at Conner-Westbury. Following the visitation, a Celebration of Life Service will be in the Chapel. Pastor Stephen Dervan will officiate. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to Santa David Children's Fund, c/o Santa Joe, P.O. Box 1284, Griffin, GA 30224. The Santa David Children's Fund benefits Children's Healthcare of Atlanta (CHOA) and University of Florida Proton Therapy Institute (UFPTI). Both organizations are crucial to saving the lives of children, and helping their families through a difficult time.
