Donna Lee Jones

Ms. Donna Quinn Jones age 66, of Monticello, Georgia passed away on Tuesday, August 14, 2018 at Brightmoor Hospice.

Ms. Jones was born on May 16, 1952 in Atlanta, Georgia. She is preceded in death by her parents, Ruby Lee Hopkins and Richard Lester Quinn; brothers, Richard Atcheson and Cliff Hopkins. Ms. Jones worked for Sara Lee as an inspector for 19 years and retired in 2013. Her grandchildren were her life. She loved fishing and enjoyed trips to the casino with friends. She loved watching Allie and Addison play softball and listening to Emma sing and play the piano. She also enjoyed shopping with Hannah and playing babies with P Bear and she loved worshiping the Lord.

Survivors include her daughter and son in law, Samantha and Brad Strawn of Griffin, son and daughter in law, Bobby and Amanda Jones of Monticello; grandchildren, Hannah Burton, Emmalee Strawn, Allie Jones, Addison Jones, Presleigh Jones; sisters, Ann Smallwood, Wanda Jackson and husband Johnny, Leslie Quinn Miller, Charlotte Freeman, Renee Barnes; sister in law, Claudette Atcheson; several nieces and nephews.
 
A visitation for Ms. Donna Quinn Jones will be on Saturday, August 18, 2018 from 12:00 pm until 2:00 pm at Conner-Westbury Funeral Home. Following the visitation a Funeral service will be conducted in the Chapel of Conner-Westbury at 2:00 pm with Pastor Ritchie Miller officiating. Burial will follow in East View Cemetery, 1127 East View Rd., Conyers, Georgia 30012.
