Elizabeth Pamela Moran

Elizabeth Pamela Moran of Williamson, Georgia departed for her heavenly home on November 13, 2021. Lovingly known as Liz or Buff by all those who knew and loved her. She was born June 10, 1975 to David and Pamela Moran in Fort Lewis, Washington. She is preceded in death by her sister, Jennifer, her grandparents, and her fur baby, Auburn. She is survived by her loving parents David and Pamela Moran, her stepmother, Jeri, her siblings, Joshua (Michelle) Moran, Meagan Moran, and Samuel Moran, nieces Payton Pritchard and Savannah Moran, nephews Ladarius Crawford, Jimiah Robinson, Mannix Moran, and Keith Moran, her fur babies Sherlock and Oscar, as well as a host of family and friends.
Elizabeth was a 1993 graduate of Enterprise High School in Enterprise, Alabama. After high school, she attended Mercer University where she obtained her Bachelors of Education. During this time, she was employed as a 911 operator for Clayton County Emergency Services. After graduating Mercer, she attended University of Phoenix obtaining her Masters in Education. She worked as a paraprofessional for Spalding County Schools.
Elizabeth had a passion for children and was a teacher at Jordan Hill Elementary School in Griffin, Georgia from 2005-2017 when she medically retired. She was known as an amazing teacher to kindergarten and first graders during her 12 years. She has encouraged many children to reach for the stars and obtain their dreams. She also had a love for animals and was a supporter and volunteer for Dolly Good Puppy in Barnesville, Georgia. Elizabeth had a smile, laugh, and big boisterous personality that drew everyone to her and loving her.
Services for Elizabeth will be held at Conner-Westbury Funeral Home Chapel on December 5th at 2pm. The family asks that in lieu of flowers donations be made in memory of her love and life to: A Friend’s House or Dolly Good Puppy.
