Ellen Joyce (Goen) Grant

Ellen Joyce Goen Grant, age 81 of Griffin passed away Monday, August 10, 2020 at Riverside Nursing Home.

Joyce Grant was born November 5, 1938 in Griffin, Georgia. She was preceded in death by her parents, Eunice and Chester Goen, her husband, Lee Junior Grant; son, Richard L. Grant; great grandson, Taylor Dickey; sister, Barbara Quick. Joyce was retired from American Mills. She was a former member of McDonough Rd Baptist Church. 

Joyce is survived by, daughter in law, Susan Grant; granddaughters, Shelly and Gabe Leidig, Stacy and Wendell Dillingham; great grandchildren, Makayla Leidig, Grant Leidig, Jeremy Dickey and Karlee Dickey; sister, Nancy and Mitchell Tingle; several nieces and nephews.

A family graveside service will be Friday, August 14, 2020 at 11:00 am at the Oak Hill Mausoleum. Rev. Charles Johnson will officiate.
