Ellen Watson

Mrs. Ellen Quick Watson, age 75, of Griffin, Georgia passed away on Thursday, February 2, 2023 at Eternal Hope Hospice.

Ellen was born in Griffin, Georgia on May 31, 1947. She is preceded in death by her parents, Hugh Quick and Elizabeth Elliott Quick; brother, Carlton (Bubba) Quick. Ellen was a 1965 graduate of Griffin High School. She retired after 30 years of service with AT&T / BellSouth. She was a member of Oak Hill Baptist Church.
She is survived by her husband, Billy Watson; children and their spouses, Tammy (Paul) Eason, Brian (Amy) Watson; grandchildren, Connor (Valeria) Eason, Davis Eason; sister, Darlene (Ron) Bagley; nieces, Christie Johnson, Michelle Bethune and Shannon Turner; nephew, Bobby Bethune.

Visitation will be on Sunday, February 5, 2023 from 5:00 pm until 7:00 pm at Conner-Westbury Funeral Home. A funeral service will be conducted on Monday, February 6, 2023 at 2:00 pm in the Chapel of Conner-Westbury with Reverend John Nance officiating. Burial will follow in Oak Hill Cemetery.
