Elsie K. Fowler, age 95 of Griffin, Georgia passed away Thursday, February 13, 2020.

Mrs. Fowler was born in Atlanta, Georgia on November 4, 1924. She is preceded in death by her parents, John and Blonnie Wilson Ward; her husband, Charles D. Fowler; sons, Tommy Moncrief and Ricky Moncrief; granddaughter, Tammy Steinfield; and grandson, Steve Gilmer. She retired from A&P.

She is survived by her daughters Pat Morgan, Sandra and Dave Traer; son Larry Moncrief; grandchildren Scott and Laura Gilmer, Dennis Morgan, Cathy and Kenneth Medert, Regina and Bobby Osborne, and Brandon and Catrina Moncrief; several great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren and nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be Saturday, February 15, 2020 from 6:00 until 8:00 PM at Conner-Westbury Funeral Home. A funeral service will be Sunday, February 16, 2020 at 1:00 pm in the chapel of Conner-Westbury Funeral Home. Interment will follow in Sherwood Memorial Gardens.
