Emma Elaine Gebo

Mrs. Emma Elaine Cothran Gebo, age 76, Griffin, Georgia passed away Thursday, May 23, 2019.

Mrs. Gebo was born in Gadsden, Alabama on February 25, 1942. She is preceded in death by her parent, Hugh and Annie May Carter Cothran, her husband, Richard Gebo; children, Brian Woodie, Debbie Woodie. She loved spending time and spoiling her grandchildren and great- grandchildren. Her passion was painting, cooking for the family and friends. She formerly worked at Ingles.

She is survived by daughter, Susan, Woodie; son Steven Woodie; son Lee Woodie and wife Angela; daughter Pat Woods; grandchildren Christopher Ridgeway and wife Amanda, Stephanie Lowery, Cori Portel and husband Justin; 7 great grandchildren and 1 great great-grandchild; sister Mary Hunter and husband Ray; brother Woody Stinson; several nieces and nephews.

A visitation will be on Saturday, May 25, 2019 at Conner-Westbury Funeral Home from 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm. No formal service will be held.
