Mr. Ernest “Dan” Freeman Jr., age 69 of DeKalb, Georgia passed away Friday, March 27, 2020.
Mr. Freeman, Jr., was born October 25, 1951. He is preceded in death by his parents Ernest Freeman, Sr., and Pearlie Walton Freeman. Ernest “Dan” Freeman Jr., graduated Fairmont High in 1968. He attended Griffin Tech. He served in the US Army and was in the Vietnam War. He loved his family dearly and had a special relationship with his aunt, Lucy Ann Peavy.
Survivors include his sister Reba Ellis, brothers Samuel Freeman, Anthony Banks and wife Rita, and Grady Banks Jr., and wife Shirley; great nephew Demarcus Ellis; and a host of other extended family.
