Eunice "Tudie" Goins

Mrs. Eunice “Tudie” Hollie Goins, age 80 of Griffin, Georgia passed away Friday, February 19, 2021 at her residence.

Mrs. Goins was born in Fayette County, Alabama on April 7, 1940. She is preceded in death by her parents, Jim Hollie and Jennie Hollis Hollie; children, Tommy Black, Ann Black, Brenda Black, Johnny Ray Black; siblings, Betty Sue Goins, Johnny Hollie, Lowell Hollie, Edward Hollie, Lucy Brown, Dena Clark, Jannie Randolph. Mrs. Goins worked in the Hotel Industry as a receptionist for many years; she loved her crossword puzzles, watching television, and poker games.

Survivors include her children and spouses, Johnnie Mae and Flint Cook, Joyce Johnson, Jannie Carrol, Frank and Kitty Black, Pat and Les Johnson, Bubba and Kelley Black, Jonathan and Jessica Black; several grandchildren, great grandchildren and one great great grandchild; sisters, Adel Brooks, Jimmieneil Egger; brother, James Earl Hollie; several nieces and nephews; and her loving K-9 companion, Miracle.

Visitation will be Monday, February 22, 2021 from 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm at Conner-Westbury Funeral Home. A funeral service will be conducted on Tuesday, February 23, 2021 at 2:00 PM at Liberty Baptist Church in Jackson, Georgia with the Reverend Lamar Cole officiating. Interment will follow in the church cemetery.
