Frances R. Noel

Mrs. Frances R. Noel age 81, of Williamson, Georgia passed away, Thursday, May 25, 2023 at Wellstar Spalding Hospital.
Mrs. Noel was born in LaGrange, Georgia May 16, 1942. Her parents, Paul Reithmiller and Ruby Crowder Reithmiller, husband, James Emmett Noel, sister and brother-in-law, Hazel and Gordon Scott, all preceded her in death. Mrs. Noel was retired from American Mills and a longtime member of Williamson United Methodist Church.
Survivors include sister-in-law and brother-in-law, Linda and Randy Merritt of Williamson, Ga.; many nieces and nephews among them, Laura Sandefur and husband, Paul of Williamson, Ga., Mitzi Merritt May of Barnesville, Ga., Allen Nolan of Turin, Ga., Allen Scott of Norcross, Ga.; stepchildren, Steve Noel of Ft. Lauderdale, FL, Cathy Newport and husband, Johnny of Stockbridge, Ga.
A visitation will be Wednesday, May 31, 2023 from 11:30 am until 1:00 pm at Williamson United Methodist Church. A funeral service will follow the visitation; Interment will be in the Williamson United Methodist Church Cemetery.
