Mrs. Frances Cay Papy Westmoreland, age 90 of Miami, Florida, formerly of Griffin, passed away peacefully in her sleep on Friday, May 3, 2019 at her residence.
Frances was born on November 5, 1928 in Miami, Florida. She and her husband, Charles R. Westmoreland, whom preceded her in death, moved to Griffin in 1978. She worked at Diana Shop, Cato, and retired from Goody’s Department Store.
She is survived by her sister, Maxine C. Papy of Miami, Florida, who is adopting her beloved dog Dixie; cousins, Wayne Crawford and John Crawford; caregiver, Deborah McCard.
A visitation for Mrs. Frances Cay Papy Westmoreland will be Saturday, May 25, 2019 from 1:00 pm until 2:00 pm at Conner-Westbury Funeral Home, with a funeral service following in the Chapel. Interment will follow in Oak Hill Cemetery.
