GRACE W. FIELDS

Mrs. Elsie Grace Fields, age 93 of Griffin, Georgia passed away Saturday, May 23, 2020.

Mrs. Fields was born in Spalding County, Georgia on May 10, 1927. She is preceded in death by parents, Jessie Mac Walker and Cora Bell Walker, husband, William Herman Fields, son, James Fields, grandson, Matthew Cowan; 3 brothers, 2 sisters. Mrs. Fields retired from Dundee Mill, and a member of New Salem Baptist Church.

She is survived by; children and their spouses, Larry and Mary Fields of Jasper, Henrietta Fields Cowan of Newnan, Jerry and Mary Fields of Griffin, Patsy and Rusty Weathington of Griffin, 13 grandchildren, 24 great grandchildren

Visitation will be Monday, May 25, 2020 at New Salem Baptist Church from 11:00 am until noon. Followed by a funeral service in the sanctuary. Pastor Mike Barnes will officiate. Interment will follow in New Salem Baptist Church Cemetery.
