Mr. Gary Eugene Hardin, age 72, of Williamson, Georgia passed away on July 25, 2017.

Mr. Hardin was born in Chattanooga, Tennessee on December 24, 1944. He is preceded in death by his parents, James Fred Hardin and Mabel Belvin Hardin; brothers, Paul Hardin and Carl Hardin; sister, Emmajean Hardin Graves. He was a retired Diesel Machinist with Norfolk Southern Railroad.

He is survived by his wife, DeeDee Preston Hardin; children, Michael Hardin of Tennessee, Melina Watts and husband Brandon of Tennessee, Carolyn Hardin of Tennessee; 7grandchildren; several great grandchildren; brothers, Jimmy Hardin, David Hardin, Donald Hardin; sisters, Audrey Vetter, Betty Keith, Rita Ann Harris; several brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews and their families.

A memorial service for Mr. Gary Hardin will be conducted on Saturday, July 29, 2017 at 2:00pm at Griffin Center Point Church. Visitation will follow the service. Reverend David Hardin will officiate.
