Geraldine K. Grant

Geraldine “Gerri” K. Grant age 70 of Griffin, passed away on Wednesday, July 27, 2022 at Piedmont Newnan.

Gerri was born in Griffin, Georgia on September 19, 1951. Her parents, John Knowles and Betty Jo Pitts, first husband, Jerry Smith, Sr., and son, Jerry (Bubba) Smith, Jr. all preceded her in death. She was a member of Victory Life Tabernacle in Williamson.

Survivors include her husband Ricky Grant; daughters, Connie Spoon (Jeff Chappell), Brenda Smith; grandchildren, William Spoon, Johnathan Spoon; sisters, Kathy Walden (Wes), Sheila Knowles, Jeannie Kimbell (David), Judy Curry, Larissa Knowles; brother, John “Sport” Knowles; several nieces and nephews.
Visitation for Mrs. Grant will be Friday, July 29, 2022 from 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm at Conner-Westbury Funeral Home. A service will be Saturday, July 30, 2022 at 11:00 am in the chapel. Interment will follow at Eagle’s Landing Baptist Church, Teamon Road, Griffin.
