Guy J. Greene

Mr. Guy Jackson Greene age 88 of Griffin passed away Monday, February 15, 2021 at his residence. Mr. Greene was born in Cleburne County, Alabama on January 14, 1933. His parents, Walter James and Inez Creel Greene, wife Jeanelle Coates Greene, daughter, Kristie Greene, brother, Troy Greene and sister, Nellie Jo Pitts all preceded him in death. He was retired from Delta Airlines, a veteran of the United States Air Force, and a member of 2nd Baptist Church. Survivors include son, Karl Greene and his wife, Jennifer Hengstenberg; grandchildren, Ashley Greene, Caroline Greene, Abgail Hengstenberg; several nieces and nephews. Visitation will be Tuesday, February 23, 2021 from 11:30 am until 1:00 pm at Conner-Westbury Funeral Home. Followed by a service in the chapel. Dr. S. Ed Hoard will officiate. Interment will follow in Oak Hill Cemetery with military honors.
