Mr. Jack Evans, age 85, passed away on Friday, May 15, 2020 at Westbury Medical in Jackson, GA.
Mr. Evans was born in Griffin, Georgia on March 12, 1935. He is preceded in death by his parents Mary Culpepper Evans and Francis X. Evans; wife, Rosalind Mangham Evans; and brother, Bobby Evans.
Mr. Evans was the owner of Jack’s Used Cars and Jack Evans Construction Company. Jack enjoyed racing dirt track cars for most of his life. He was a longtime member of Williamson United Methodist Church.
Survivors include daughter and son-in-law Mona and Marty Bloodworth; son and daughter-in-law Eric and Sherri Evans; daughter and son-in-law Betsy and Craig Bernier; son Jack Evans, Jr; son Tony Evans; Grandchildren Brandon Maddox, Brian Bloodworth, Jessie Bloodworth, Dusty Evans, Erin Bernier, Evan Bernier; three great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
