Mr. Danny Harrison age 69, of Butler, Georgia passed away on Saturday, August 26, 2017, at Coliseum Medical Center in Macon, Georgia.

Mr. Harrison was born February 9, 1948, in Griffin, Georgia. He is preceded in death by his father, James Daniel Harrison, Sr.; sister, Janice Massey. Danny worked as a CNA for Pruitt Home Health Care and was previously been employed with Bandag, Inc. for many years. He enjoyed fishing, spending time with his dear friends at Country Gardens Assisted Living and was a member of First Baptist Church in Butler, Georgia.

He is survived by his mother, Marjorie Harrison; sister, Carol Harrison; brother, Tommy Harrison and wife, Vicki; brother-in-law, Ronnie Massey and wife, June; nieces, Susan Massey Teague, Katherine Bell and husband, Chris; nephews, Greg Massey, Garrett Massey and wife, Alycia, Jonathan Turner and his wife, Jena'; great-nieces, Katie Massengale, Brittany McBroom, Emmalyn Massey; great-nephews, Chandler McBroom, Alex Massey, Jordan Turner.

A visitation for Danny Harrison will be held on Tuesday, August 29, 2017 from 10:00 am until 11:00 am at Conner-Westbury Funeral Home. A funeral service will be conducted at 11:00 am in the Chapel of Conner-Westbury Funeral Home, followed by a funeral service at 3:00 pm at First Baptist Church in Butler. The family will receive friends and family immediately following the service. Brother Mike Brandenburg will officiate. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to FBC of Butler for Local Missions, PO BOX 391, Butler GA 31006.
